Pistachio pesto is a delicious way to add punch to any plate. A twist on traditional pesto, the pistachios add a luxurious texture and taste that pairs beautifully with our olive oil.
½ a clove garlic
1 large bunch of fresh basil
1 handful of pistachios
1 handful of freshly grated
Drizzle of our extra virgin olive oil, squeeze of lemon, salt & pepper to taste
Pop all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz to a paste, drizzling in just enough olive oil to bind the ingredients. Season with your preferred amount of salt and pepper.
